Life Empowered Consulting Services' (LECS) mission is to reach, empower, and motivate individuals to access and utilize their talents and skills to create better communities, families, and companies. For over five years, LECS has been achieving this mission through leadership development, coaching, and speaking to both individuals seeking to grow organizations (Entrepreneurs) and business professionals growing in organizations (Intrapreneurs). This year, LECS is taking that to the next level through the “Entrepreneur in You” conference.
This conference will speak to the Entrepreneurs as well as the entrepreneurial spirit of Intrapreneurs. According to Kaufmann.org, over 70% of Entrepreneurs worked at least six years for companies. What if those companies could retain at least half of those that transitioned out? The information that will be shared at this conference will provide attendees with the necessary insight, regardless of career path taken, to ensure that they are fulfilled and productive.
This conference will be held at Concordia University, Mequon Campus on October 9, 2021. For this event, we are bringing in knowledgeable thought leaders from local companies and organizations to provide insight on how to take a proactive and innovative role in their own success as Entrepreneurs and as Intrapreneurs. This half - day conference is full of resources, tools, and inspiration. In addition, there will be many opportunities for networking and the sharing of best practices.
